Celebrating Milestones on Facebook

One of our standout moments this year was celebrating significant anniversaries with some of our exceptional team members. Tammy Brodzeller and Kasia Forsyth marked their 15-year anniversaries, and Andrea Light celebrated an incredible 18 years with us! Tammy, Kasia, and Andrea joined Briljent President Matt Odum for an evening filled with great food and stories about our journeys at Briljent. We are profoundly grateful to be surrounded by such talented individuals whose dedication and spirit truly embody what makes Briljent special. We also celebrated our COO Doug Winterrose’s retirement, marking the end of his decade-long tenure with Briljent. His leadership has driven our growth and innovation, benefiting our clients and partners. We only thought it was appropriate to put him on a golf course!

With Doug’s deserved retirement, we highlighted Tammy Brodzeller, who moved from leading our Human Resources organization to taking on the role of SVP Operations. As a woman-owned business, promoting our women in leadership is a values-consistent decision, and Tammy brings deep organizational insight to her new role. Congrats to Doug and Tammy!
