Organizational Change Management (OCM)
With over 26 years of experience, Briljent has solidified its position as a leader in providing human-centered professional services to Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies nationwide. Our comprehensive approach ensures that OCM and Training are not just effective in the short term, but also aligned with long-term program goals. This significantly increases the likelihood of successful implementation and assures sustainable change for your enterprise-wide initiatives.
Unlocking Transformation with OCM and Training
Briljent excels in combining OCM and Training services. This dual expertise ensures consistent messaging, accelerated technology adoption, and minimal disruptions. What sets us apart is our deep insights from Medicaid programs and population health projects, which allow us to deliver customized OCM solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring a smoother and more successful transformation.
Holistic Approach
Our collaborative approach aligns vendors and stakeholders and ensures that change management and training are cohesive, consistent, systematic, and aligned with overall program goals. This significantly increases the likelihood of successful project implementation and long-term, sustainable change.
Our OCM Guiding Principles
OCM drives individual and collective adoption together to ensure we achieve the expected benefits. Briljent’s OCM is appropriate and grounded in these guiding principles and service differentiators.
- Customized Solutions: Each client is unique, and each project is nuanced, requiring a customized approach. We leverage a robust assessment strategy to design solutions tailored to honor the uniqueness of each client engagement.
- Promote Collaboration: Create an environment encouraging stakeholders to work together toward shared goals.
- Embrace Flexibility: Design agile frameworks, leverage lessons learned, and quickly pivot and adapt interventions for project success.
- Design Scalable Interventions: Create tools that can be scaled to serve broader stakeholder populations to support consistent innovation and transformation.
- Enable sustained adoption for organizational embeddedness: Provide effective plans to transfer knowledge and empower clients with enhanced change management capabilities for sustained adoption post-project completion.
Training Integration
The transition to modular Medicaid Enterprise Systems requires a culture change for Medicaid agencies, vendors, and care providers. A robust Organizational Change Management strategy, including Training Integration, is critical to equip system users to maximize efficiencies and cost savings. Effective training must go beyond system functions and relate to a user’s job role and daily activities. A Training Integrator, borrowing from the function of a System Integrator, curates system documentation, and business processes from multiple vendors to create a comprehensive training plan that builds learner confidence and speaks with one unified voice.
Learning Evaluation
At Briljent, we define our success through the lens of our clients. We prioritize measuring the impact of our solutions on our clients’ business goals, using both qualitative and quantitative evaluations. Our focus is on data analytics, and our in-house Learning Evaluation expert, Anthony Randolph, PhD, plays a central role in this process. His research aims to address the gap in HR professionals’ practical application of analytics. Read this recent three-part blog series to gain insights into incorporating data analytics in the training evaluation process to ensure your training programs are effective.
Health Information Technology Consulting
We help state agencies and healthcare organizations with funding, planning, and implementing health IT solutions. We provide expertise in navigating state and federal policy, business planning, and systems strategy.
These efforts are critical to:
- Ensuring that health data is properly captured and processed
- Integrating disparate data sources, including Health Information Exchange (HIE) data and clinical data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs), into data warehouses and data lakes
- Deploying analytic and population health solutions
- Increasing the availability and reliability of syndromic and immunization data to aid in public health emergency response
