Tammy Brodzeller is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Briljent. Joining Briljent in 2009, Tammy has gained insight into the company and client relationships from many angles. Since January 2024, Tammy has driven our professional services consulting efforts, overseeing Adult Learning, Health Information Technology, Project Management, and Organizational Change Management.
Before leading Operations, Tammy headed our Human Resources team, championing talent retention initiatives, DE&I efforts, and leadership development. Her diverse background in HR, Business Development, and Project Management, coupled with a degree in Business/Management Information Systems, provides her with a unique perspective spanning all aspects of the business. Tammy’s leadership builds on our impact within state Medicaid and social services agencies across the country. She is committed to serving our clients and the end recipients of our collective systems with compassion and a deep understanding of people and business success.
