Briljent’s Health Strategy and Innovation Team partners with clients to navigate healthcare transformation by aligning systems, people, and strategy for sustainable, people-centered modernization.
At Briljent, we know that successful healthcare transformation requires a deep understanding of both complex systems and the people those systems serve.
That’s why we’re proud to introduce the evolution of our health IT consulting practice into the Health Strategy and Innovation Team, a broader, future-focused group designed to meet the changing needs of clients across health and human services.
Building on a strong foundation in health information technology consulting, the Health Strategy and Innovation team expands our ability to support states, agencies, and programs navigating modernization, interoperability, and policy change.
Briljent has long delivered health IT solutions across a range of critical areas, including Medicaid systems transformation, health information exchange (HIE) support, and interoperability strategy. Launching the Health Strategy and Innovation Team marks a natural extension of this work, enabling us to offer clients a broader range of strategic support while maintaining Briljent’s people-centered approach.
Key areas of focus include:
Our work continues to expand as our clients’ needs evolve, reflecting the interconnected nature of health IT, policy, and service delivery.
Healthcare transformation is not just about technology; it’s about people. Our clients face the challenge of balancing technology adoption with preparing their workforce for change. Briljent’s dual focus on systems and people has been crucial in our evolution.
Briljent’s Health Strategy and Innovation Team works closely with internal partners across Organizational Change Management (OCM), Training and Learning Solutions, Project Management, and Staff Augmentation to ensure system modernization leads to sustainable change and adoption. Our flexible delivery model pairs internal expertise with our strong network of trusted contractors and partners.
By drawing on the full breadth of Briljent’s expertise, we help clients bridge the gap between policy, process, and practice. This ensures that clients benefit from our experience and expertise in alignment with current policies and practices.
The need for innovative solutions addressing technology and human factors has never been greater. Healthcare organizations face mounting pressure to modernize while managing tight budgets, increased regulatory requirements, and complex data management.
The Health Strategy and Innovation Team is here to help our clients transform their operations, deliver better care, and improve efficiency today and into the future. Client-centric evolution is at the heart of our approach. Our focus on customized solutions, client empowerment, and long-term sustainability positions Briljent as a true partner in transformation.
State and federal agencies are navigating a period of unprecedented change: New interoperability requirements, behavioral health integration initiatives, Medicaid redeterminations, data modernization mandates, and tighter funding environments are creating both pressure and opportunity.
