We began our business in 1998, and have grown continuously ever since. However, while business success is important, what really drives us is our commitment to helping others succeed. We want to put our heads on the pillow each night knowing we’ve accomplished something worthwhile. With over 40 years of experience in the business and training industry, Kathy has been instrumental in growing Briljent from a startup to a successful enterprise.

With many years of experience in leadership, Matt has been instrumental in expanding Briljent’s geographic footprint and in-house expertise, multiplying its size.

    SVP of Operations

    Tammy Brodzeller is the Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing Briljent’s professional services consulting, including adult learning, health information technology, project management, and organizational change management. She also oversees Briljent’s staff augmentation services efforts. With over 25 years of experience in professional services consulting, Tammy has been instrumental in leading initiatives in leadership development, strategic planning, talent retention, and client-centric interactions, as well as managing major client relationships and internal educational programs.

    VP of Business Development

    Nick Blake is the Vice President of Business Development at Briljent, overseeing business development and service delivery. With over ten years of experience in health IT, Nick has led federal and state HIT programs, including the Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) Program for California and the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program for 17 states.

Carla brings over a decade of experience in project management and organizational change management, where she has been instrumental in leading large state implementation system changes in health and human services, collaborating closely with state government clients, and driving successful Medicaid transformation and modernization projects.
